Time Flies is a computer installation It has image and sound It is a never ending loop of a digital clock which runs faster and further than we are used to Along with it are samples of rapid handclapping taken from flamenco music The samples are overlaid on top of each other In combination with the fast moving clock, this causes a disturbing effect to the viewer/listener's sense of time and rhythm It was written with Director and running on an Amiga 500
